This varies depending on the number of documents and number of signatures that need to be notarized.

• Make sure to bring a valid, government-issued photo ID i.e.  Driver’s License, Passport, State-Issued Photo ID, Military ID.  
• The document that needs to be notarized. 
• Additional signatories (if applicable).
• Payment.

Let me know! We can still notarize with 2 credible witnesses with their valid ID who can confirm they personally know you and can confirm you are the named person on your document.

No, California laws do not allow fully remote online notarization (RON), where the signing is done electronically. YET. All California notaries are legally compelled to be physically present with the signer when validating their identity and signatures. 

Payment is due upon completion of services. I will provide you with an invoice for your records.
